Educational Support at S.E.W. In Lives Foundation grew out of years of watching students struggle not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked support. In Norfolk, VA and throughout Hampton Roads, we meet young people who are bright, capable, and motivated — yet weighed down by academic gaps, limited resources, and the pressure to keep up.
